CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that schedules change and therefore I request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to fill the cancelled time slot. Same day cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. "NO SHOWS" will incur the FULL cost of the service.
